I'm the Brian Kelly in Connecticut. Sometime ago, perhpas in the early 2000's I began differeantianting myself as being from Connecticut. I'm not sure why, but it stuck and it has become my Twitter handle @BKinCT and used for my LinkedIn profile. Now I'm well aware that being from or in Connecticut is not a huge differeantiator (pun intended).

This blog will offer perspective on life and cybersecuirty in Connecticut.
